Has rats and water leakage at the storage facility they own next door. When I moved, I couldn't place the infested items I had with the non-infested, and ended up having to shell out more money to move the infested stuff, because the owner of Blanding's told me it was "my problem and not his." Would be nice if a business owner gave any regard for his customers. Easy to see that the owner here does not, and I plan to make sure that their remaining customers are on notice regarding the rat/mice infestation.
